Biography

Chris has worked with RR Associates and Co. Advocates as a legal associate. Later, he was a senior legal researcher at Great Lakes Initiative for Human Rights and Development (GLIHD) on Oxfam’s Gender Justice Program, where he developed training manuals, produced a gender research survey, and conducted comparative research on constitutional petitions, governance, strategic impact litigation, and class actions.

Chris is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Sexual and Reproductive Rights at the Centre for the Human Rights University of Pretoria in South Africa. He completed his Bachelor’s in Law from the University of Rwanda. He took postgraduate courses on Sustainable Development and Human Rights Law at the University of Antwerp in Belgium and on Crime, Law and Society from Sheffield University in the United Kingdom.
