HDI Policies

HDI’s internal policies serve as guiding documents to create a friendly work environment; to ensure all staff, volunteers, interns, fellows, and contractors feel safe, secure, and included; and to guide our interactions with the community, our partners, and our donors. In addition to bi-annual on-boarding and refresher trainings, HDI ensures that all staff have access to soft copies of our internal policies as listed below:
